There isn't a physical book because printers are backed up by COVID, and frankly it's a miracle we got Rhythm of War on time. ![]() By the time you finish Warbreaker and Stormlight 1-3, it'll probably be available. They're some of the most prolific audiobook narrators in fantasy but taste can vary wildly by the listener. It's a Kramer/Reading combo like most of Sanderson's work and presumably of similar quality. The audiobook is in post-production now and should be out fairly soon. I imagine it'll be fine to read that any other time in the future? If not, let me know when it should be read! If it is highly suggested, I will give it a go before SA, but I'm really looking forward to really dive into SA so i'll skip it if it doesn't matter toooo much. I'm also skipping Elantris for now, because it doesn't sound especially appealing to me. Is that the only choice? Or is there maybe an excellent audiobook? I'm buying the other 5 books anyway, since Dawnshard is digital and can be bought any time later. I can read on a computer but I prefer not to. Unfortunately I don't have a kindle, or any other reading tablet. Everyone suggests Dawnshard after book 3, but as I see, it's not published yet. I have been able to find hard copies of the 4 Stormlight books, as well as Edgedancer to read after books 1 and 2 of Stormlight. I finished Mistborn Era 1, and based on suggestions, I'm about to move on Warbreaker, followed by Stormlight Archive. ![]()
